OUR OFFERS

Within 60 miles of our stables, our fully stocked bars are just £100 to hire providing there are 100+ guests attending your event.  We ask for a £150.00 deposit at the time of booking. The balance of the deposit is then refunded to you within 7 days after your event. We will, of course, attend smaller events and those further afield, however, an increased booking fee is likely to be required. Please speak with us to discuss.

For corporate events or those licensed premises requiring an extra bar, please get in touch and we can put together a bespoke package for you.

We offer a 10% discount to NHS staff, emergency service personnel and armed forces on the price of bar hire. Please ask about this at the time of making your enquiry. Proof of employer required.

Do I need a license for my event?

Should you require a Temporary Events Notice we can apply for this on your behalf at cost price, currently £21.00

Are there any special requirements for The Inn Box?

In order to keep the drinks at the correct temperature, The Inn Box requires a 240v electric supply. If you don’t have this then don’t worry we can supply a super quiet generator for the evening. This means we can supply drinks almost anywhere!

Do you have Insurance?

As a responsible business, we, of course, have public liability insurance, the necessary Health & Safety risk assessments and all of our equipment is electrical P.A.T. tested for your peace of mind. Our liability insurance is £10 million.
